How to download iMovie for free because MacBook Pro suppose to be free already but I'm not. pls help

You can download the latest version of iMovie for free only if you already have iMovie 9 registered to your Apple ID. It is supplied free with new Macs to the first owner.

How can I check if I have iMovie registered to my Apple ID? In another string where I had an inquiry, you suggested I reinstall iMovie 10.1 but I'm scared (and don't know how) to uninstall my current one because I've read so many comments from people having trouble re-installing iMovie for free.
when i go to App Store and try to DL iMovie it have to pay it like 14.99 usd

No.
Its a pretty low price for a very sophisticated piece of software. In the past you had to pay something like $150 for a copy of iLife in order to get iMovie.

Launch App Store and click on the 'Purchased' tab. If you have iMovie associated with your Apple ID it will appear in the list and show a button which will say:
'Open' (if it is already installed) OR 'Install' (if you have bought but not downloaded it or have deleted it)
It is safe to delete it if it appears on the list. If it does not it means that the app on your computer is associated with another person's Apple ID. In that case you will not be able to re-download it for free under your Apple ID.
