Read the Apple Support document provided by BobTheFisherman. Then, click the battery icon in your Mac's menu bar and de-select Show Percentage. Seriously. The less people obsess about the kind of minutia in your question, the longer their batteries tend to last.

Budget 50¢ a week for battery depreciation and you will have more than enough saved to replace your MacBook Pro's battery when you need to replace it. If you follow those instructions that will not be for a very long time.

No.

It really is best not to concern yourself with this degree of detail. Over a long period of time, a Mac battery's maximum charge capacity will decrease. Over a shorter period of time its maximum charge capacity may decrease or increase. Your MacBook Pro's battery is the product of decades of research and is going to last for years, perhaps for as long as you own your Mac, or want to own it before it eventually becomes functionally obsolete.

All batteries are wear items that will eventually need to be replaced. Follow Apple's usage recommendations, but as I wrote it is counterproductive to obsess over such minutia. On the other hand if you are seeking to indulge your paranoia concerning over- or under- charging your Mac, the proper methods by which you must obsess about its incessant need for proper care and pampering, and to hear admonishments about the a parade of horribles that will result in your failure to acquiesce to superstition and myth, your needs will be met by any number of self-appointed subject matter experts that frequent this site as well as many others. You will believe them because they will validate what you have already decided to be true.

You are still obsessing with details. Do not intentionally force it down to 25% just to follow advice from a yet-unnamed "some forum" (btw, the combined years of experience with macs in the senior contributors of the ASC far outweighs most of the "unnamed other forums"). Use it as you need, without a cord if you are in a coffee shop, or on wall power if you are at home and can do it.

And follow the article John Galt provided.

ok so i should charge to 100% and discharge it to 25%. and i will be fine. correct?

You, and your Mac's battery, will be fine provided you follow Apple's general usage guidelines. No more attention than that is required, or will prove beneficial. Do that and both you and your Mac's battery will enjoy a long – yet finite – lifespan.
