How do I remove level3 search from my Mac?

Whenever I open Safari, it now defaults to Level3 search. I have tried using Malwarebytes to remove and it did not find the malware. I also checked my extensions and it is not showing up there to disable. Is there any other way to remove this virus?

Have you tried changing your Safari settings?

If that doesn't work, can you post a system snapshot taken with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac? To do so, open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac and choose Take System Snapshot from the Scanner menu. Then, in the window that opens, select all the text (Edit Select All), copy it and paste into a reply to this message.
