Select – product – itunes stores
Topic – Choose it as Purchases, billing & redemption.
Once you select it asks how would you like to get help? Like 2 options will be there. Schedule a call and CHAT
Select CHAT and fill your name details and e-mail address.
Chat will be opened and the Advisor will be online to help your Issues.
If you Inform the Chat Advisor it was an accidental purchase and I need refund for it. Then Advisor will Investigate your account and as a
1 time Execption only refund will be provided. The amount will be credited with in 7 Business days if payment method is Creditcard and Store credit will be credited with in 48 hours.
