Can i get chargeback on a package for clash of clans?

accidently bought gems for clash of clans on the wrong device and would like chargeback on it.. I bought it on my jailbroken ipad (jailbroken for the features you get other then original), and i had inappurchases laying around enabled from when i had hill climb racing..

I Want my money charged back so i can buy it legitemately from my iPhone 6 WITHOUT jailbreak!!!

any help?
