This is the first time that I am in this form.
I want to install El Capitan on the vmware. But I always get this error.
( Im using of vmware 12 and I would like to install it from an ISO file.)
How can I solve this problem?

The screenshot you've included shows a boot manager, not an error.
"vmware 12" indicates you're running Windows as the hostOS. That will not work. You can't install OS X on anything but a Mac. That is true for running OS X as a hostOS and as a guestOS.
There isn't an ISO, and it can only be virtualized from a host running on Apple hardware.

What you're asking help for is illegal under terms of the EULA and no one here can assist you.
