Numbers is great at many things, often easier and more elegant than Excel. But massive data analysis is not one of its strengths. Even if you could fit a large number of rows near its limit, you would not be happy with the performance. As Wayne points out, for large datasets you'll need to either use an Excel clone or Excel itself. Your screenshot suggests you already have access to Excel in Windows. The current Mac version, frequently updated and not Java-dependent the way some of the clones are, is excellent, and is included with your Office subscription if you have a subscription, which is reasonably priced these days.

You could switch to FileMaker Pro. It's a user-friendly database that offers a spreadsheet-like interface (rows and columns), spreadsheet-similar functionality (formulas and data formats), but can handle tens or even hundreds of millions of rows of data without breaking down. It also has many other advantages over a spreadsheet (and some comparative limitations).
