All my friends on my Apple Watch are accidentally blocked. How do I unblock all my friends on the watch

MY friends are all blocked on my I watch. How do I unblock my friends on the I watch.

Hi

To unblock your friends:

- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > Friends > Blocked > swipe left on each name in the list > tap on Unblock.

when go to watch, then friends I see a circle of my 4 friends two initials and in the center is an X signifying a block. If I click on block at the bottom it brings up black contact and if I click on that it brings up my address book. I can click on my friends contacts and unblock each one but when I get back to the friends watch screen he is still blocked. Thanks but not sure what to do

Also try these steps:

On your iPhone, check that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled:

- Settings > Bluetooth

- Settings > Wi-Fi

Check also that your Apple Watch is connected to your iPhone:

- Swipe up on the watch face, swipe left/right to the Settings Glance, check whether Connected or Disconnected (disable Airplane Mode if it is active).

After unblocking your friends (on your iPhone in the Watch app, as detailed above), you can then force your contacts to be erased from and re-synced to your watch:

- On your iPhone, in the Watch app, to go: My Watch > General > Reset > tap on Reset Sync Data.

- Nothing will appear to happen when you tap it, but the process runs in the background (invisibly to the user), so allow a minute or so afterwards.
