Location Services issue after updating to El Capitan from Yosemite.

MacBook Pro (Retina, Mid 2012)

Processor 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

OSX El Capitan Version 10.11.2 (15C50)

I have had this issue since first upgrading to El Capitan. I have tried everything and searched the internet over for a solution. I was wondering if anyone else has had this same issue and if anyone knows a fix for it. Location services do not work for weather, find my iPhone or maps. I have went in and signed out of iCloud and signed back in. I have disabled and enabled locations services. My iPhone location services work just fine but on my macbook they simply do not work. And when I do go to iCloud it shows my macbook as offline. Sometimes if I shut down and restart my computer I can get the weather to load the location for a moment and then it will go away. http://imgur.com/a/FjEsB I would also like to add that I can get the weather to work if I go into system monitor and force quit the locationd process the weather location will work but it will only work a little while if I want to to work again I have to kill it again.

Please make sure Wi-Fi is turned on. Open the Date & Time pane in System Preferences and select the Time Zone tab. If the settings are locked, click the padlock icon in the lower left corner of the window and enter your password when prompted. Then check the box marked

Set time zone automatically using current location

if it's not already checked. Within a few seconds, a red pin should drop onto the map at your location. Does that happen?

This procedure will delete certain temporary and cache files. The files are automatically generated and don't contain any of your data. Occasionally they can become corrupt and cause problems such as yours.

Please back up all data and read this whole message before doing anything.

Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:

/var/folders/zz/zyxvpxvq6csfxvn_n00000sm00006d

Right-click or control-click the highlighted line and select

Services Reveal in Finder (or just Reveal)

from the contextual menu.* A folder should open with a subfolder selected. The subfolder has a long name beginning with "zyx" and ending with "6d". Move that subfolder to the Trash. Don't move any of the other subfolders with similar names. You may be prompted for your administrator login password. Restart the computer and empty the Trash.

*If you don't see the contextual menu item, copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. In the Finder, select

Go Go to Folder...

from the menu bar and paste into the box that opens by pressing command-V. You may not see what you pasted because a line break is included. Press return.

Same here, I submitted this issue to Apple a long ago, I have two persisting issues since I update to El Capitan (airdrop and location doesn't work) so I enter the beta program but sadly even in the last beta the problem is not resolved. Location seem to refuse to work, stopping the service seems to make it work a few minutes and then stop working again.
For me is clearly a software issue in El capitan because If I go back to Yosemite the location work perfectly fine.
