How to Disable Keys?

Among other issues, I have coordination problems, and rsi. I have too much trouble trying to coordinate both hands, or several fingers at once. I sometimes use the laptop keyboard, and sometimes it as a desktop, with a small external keyboard. I keep hitting "home," "pgup," "pgdn," and "end," when I try to type.


How can I disable "home," and "end"?


I can't see any such option in the Keyboard prefs pane.

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.1)

Rethinking about this I realized what I was suggesting won't work. This may work better. You can change the speed of acceptance of keys with Apple's Accessibility panel. That way, you won't be suddenly surprised by hitting the wrong key. Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accessibility, Keyboard will reveal the page below. Their you can adjust with the options next to the slow keys the acceptance of keys. You can also on that page show your accessibility status i the menubar:
