iTunes purchases stuck "processing". Anyone have a fix? Thanks.

Running OS X on a MacBook Pro. All of recent iTunes purchases remain hung up "processing". Anyone aware of a fix for this?

Howdy wfphillips,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you've made some purchases from the iTunes Store on your Mac, and they're stuck Processing instead of downloading. To get started with troubleshooting this issue, I first recommend to simply restart your computer. Click on the  > Restart. After restarting your computer, confirm that you can connect to the internet by opening Safari and opening our home page, www.apple.com. If you can access the internet, go back to iTunes, and resume your downloads by following the steps below.

Restart a download on a Mac or PC

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. Mac: From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Check for Available Downloads.
Windows: Hold down the Control and B keys on your keyboard to open the iTunes menu bar. Choose Store > Check for Available Downloads. Learn more about menus in iTunes for Windows.
  3. If prompted, enter your Apple ID and password.

Resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

Cheers.
