How can I switch hotel wifi plans?

Hi there. So i've already chosen the basic (free) plan of my wifi network and I would like to switch over to the other upgraded plan. I have tried turning of my wifi, and renewing the DHCP Lease but neither have worked. Heres an example - when you first join a public network (such as a hotel or mall) it gives you a log where you must agree or select a plan to use it. So, I am trying to go back to that screen and select a different plan. There must be some IP I can connect to or something where I can get back to that screen. Thanks.
