Can't turn on Bluetooth, iPhone 6

Hi,

It sounds like you're not able to turn on Bluetooth.

If this is the case, here are some general troubleshooting steps recommended by Apple:

• Based off of what you told me, this step should help, and is the fist step I recommend you do which is to restart your device.
  • Press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
  • Drag the slider to completely power off your phone.
  • Once the phone is off, press and hold on the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears
• If you're trying to pair the iPhone with another bluetooth device, make sure your iPhone and the device are close to each other.
• Make sure the Bluetooth accessory is powered on and is fully charged. Test the accessory to see if it needs new batteries.
• Restart the bluetooth accessory.
• Check to make sure you're using the latest iOS version
• If you're trying to pair a bluetooth accessory, unfair it first then put it back in discovery mode.

Having the same problem.

Iphone 6, OS 9.3.1, doesn't see the signal from 2016 Ford Escape Sync. Have another identical phone, 1 year newer, it syncs and an Iphone 5S on 9.2 and it syncs.

Did hard restart (home and power buttons) twice. No luck.

the high tech iphone 6 with iOS 9.2.1 does not even find any bluetooth device located 5 inches next to it. I have restarted it 3 times. Still the spinning wheel occurs. What do I make wrong?

I've tried numerous things.

1. Hard reboot, pressing the Home & Power button to reboot the system. 2x's.

2. Turning off bluetooth & turning it back on.

3. Turning off bluetooth, hard reboot, and turning blue tooth back on.

I'm trying to connect to my BOSE speaker system.

My phone isn't even showing that it's able to connect to my Apple Tv or the BOSE speaker.

any help would be great.
