How get the latest Command Line Tools for Mountain Lion

Hello community.

I have a MacBook Pro with

Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F2560)

It is Mountain Lion according with:

https://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/OS_X#Versi.C3.B3n_10.8:_.C2.ABMountain_Lion.C2.BB

I use Homebrew, it ask for have updated the Command Line Tools

Now I am on

https://developer.apple.com/downloads/
and with the search for
Command Line Tools
, the latest updated release for my OS version is April 2014 (see the image)

User uploaded file

So I am not able to do a new update. Since my OS is old.

I only have installed Xcode through

https://developer.apple.com/downloads
. And only used or required for Homebrew.

What I can do to get a new update?

Thank you.

Upgrade the OS if you want access to the newest updates.

Check that your computer is compatible with Mountain Lion/Mavericks/Yosemite/El Capitan.

To check the model number hold down the option/alt key, go to the Apple menu and select System Information.

MacBook Pro (Mid/Late 2007 or newer) model number 3,1 or higher

Your Mac needs:

OS X v10.6.8 or OS X Lion already installed

2 GB or more of memory (More is better - 4 GB minimum seems to be the consensus)

8 GB or more of available space

Check to make sure your applications are compatible. PowerPC applications are no longer supported after 10.6.

Application Compatibility

Applications Compatibility (2)

El Capitan 10.11 Compatibility information

Do a backup before installing, preferable 2 backups on 2 different drives.
