Can't Redeem Movie Code - "Already Redeemed"

I've tried looking through similar issues (of which there are many)....

I redeemed a code for Jurassic World. However, it never downloaded (although I did get the "iTunes Extras"). When i go to the iTunes Store, click on Purchased and Movies - it shows "Nothing Purchased" (this despite I have several downloads via redemption codes).

So, my question is, how do I get my movie to download when iTunes says the code is already redeemed?

Does it show on that account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

If it does have you tried logging out and back into the account, checking to see if you have any age restrictions set in iTunes > Preferences that is hiding it, and checked to see if it's hidden from the cloud : Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support ?

Thank much - that helped. First I found it in my history, then found it in purchased items. Now that I know it's there and shows as a purchased item, how do I get it to download? While it shows up in iTunes, the movie is not in my iTunes|Movies folder nor is it anywhere else on my computer. This is the first time this has happened and I'm thinking it's a result of a corrupted iTunes database that I spent a couple days fixing.

Does it not show in the Purchased section for downloading : click on your name / icon towards the top right of the iTunes screen and then click Purchased on the popup

If it shows there then clicking on it should download it

The did show up with a "cloud" icon in the upper right. When I clicked on it it appeared to download...but, it still doesn't show as downloaded in "My Movies" in iTunes. Now when I go back to the "Purchased" movies it still shows up but without the cloud icon.

It hasn't, for some reason, downloaded into the TV Shows section of you library, and does it show if you search your iTunes library (boys top right of iTunes) ?

Nothing! 😟 I searched iTunes and my entire Mac - no Jurassic World. In iTunes under "My Movies" the only thing I have is the iTunes "Extras" with Jurassic World.

In some ways it's not really a huge deal - I do, after all, have the DVD to watch at home and several movies to watch on my iPad if I so desire. But, this one just has me baffled as to what happened.

You've tried deleting the Extras from My Movies, and retried redownloading the film - that show you the size of the film (when downloads are happening you should get an icon to the right of the search box top right, clicking on that should show what's downloading and its size

Thanks much! I think that's resolved my issue. I deleted the content from iTunes then went to the store to download again - it is now downloading the full movie. I never realized that during download that little icon next to the search box existed (I'd just never seen it). So - Thank You!!
