Photo Sharing corrupts perfectly good images.

I was excited to try the new photo sharing from Photos (and iCloud, I think). However, I shared our 140 photo wedding album. Not only is it glacially slow, it also corrupted at least three images (so far, out of 20 uploaded). The photos are fine in my Photo's app locally, but uploaded , they are truncated. I will not be using iCloud Photos, believe me. I am quite appalled at how awful this software is. How do I file a bug report? I don't see any mechanism... typical. Worse support than Flickr or Google.

Same here. It's very reliable. In truncating images when posted to sharing. My photos are fine. I suspect they just upload and if one post fails they keep the broken copy, instead of checking and re-transmitting. Very poor, same as Apple Photos' instability in general. Time to think different, sigh.

Holy snipping magic ... it's getting worse. I just exported a few photos locally to JPEG and got truncation even there. Worse: the images are not damaged, they just contain white = undetectable by image viewers. This is terrible. Need to drop Apple & Photos, can't risk any more data destruction like this ...User uploaded file

Rebuilding did not help. Still happening. The original images (RAW from a Nikon D610) are fine. Sometimes the export works. Also running the latest OSX (10.11.3).

The cause of this I've somewhat identified: if I start an export and don't touch anything in Photos until it's done there won't be anything broken. Clicking around, viewing images in the album and some shared ones and I end up with damage.

Have you reported this buggy behaviour to Apple? That is looking like a serious problem.

The export is done by a process running in the back ground. Clicking around should noti nterfere with this process in any way-

Another observation: I just had 700+ 24mp RAW images imported. Apple Photos started processing them in the background, which can take a long time (preview, face reco, etc). During that period every export of 11 files (not part of the import) failed, i.e. truncated images. Export to local and photo sharing that is. I removed the RAW files (processing was still going on) - exporting back to normal.
