payment verification requried, family sharing

My daughter and I on family sharing. I have entered a valid credit card into our family sharing. She is trying to download music using her gift card money and it keeps prompting her to see me to verify payment. I know the card is good and have reentered it a few times to make sure. I have used this card before for purchases on my account and it hasnt been a problem.

What can I do to get the payment verified?
