Will apple buy me out of my att contract?

Will apple buy me out of my att contract/ pay for me to get a different phone? I've had 3 phones go out in 1 weekend. Ill be sacrificing my time tomorrow to get a 4th. I just don't have the time to keep driving 40 min away to go to the apple store. Then waiting 1-2 hours to get seen/ then hope my phone don't go out again. i got work/ school/ military/ other obligations. I don't want to have to waste my work vacation days for something thats out of my hands.

I rely to much on my phone for many things. I can't have it keep going out.

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.2

i understand that. Im not sure how it all works. However, being a hardware malfunction though (Apples product), I'm forced to continue to pay for something that isn't working. After so many attempts to try and settle the issue, if it keeps coming back with brand new phones supposedly, shouldn't Apple be accommodating to its customers and get them out of a financial bind?

All ATT is going to say is that its a Apple issue (which it is)/ go to their store. How many times will i need to go back to the store etc etc ya know?

If this 4th one isn't any good then i would just prefer to get a different brand or the new upgrade (6s) or something. I can't keep coming back to the store because of a hardware issue. Im thinking the there is just a big batch of iPhone 6 plus that are bad. Since this has happened 3 times now. I think i need to get out of that realm of phone, because its a good chance it will happen again. Then yet again, i will be forced to waste all this time.

I haven't an answer for you. You can take it to an Apple Store where it can be replaced free if it's in warranty or for a set exchange price as shown here.

You may take your device to an Apple retailer for help or you may call Customer Service and arrange to send your device to Apple:

Apple Store Customer Service at 1-800-676-2775 or visit online Help for more information.

To contact product and tech support: Contacting Apple for support and service - this includes international calling numbers.

You will find respective repair costs in: iPhone Service Support and Costs
