The "passcode attempt" message is so annoying!

I don't use the passcode lock option, but I do use the Restrictions option. I tried to see what happens by entering the wrong restrictions passcode, but then is displayed an annoying red bar saying I entered a wrong passcode 1 time. And when I try to exit the passcode entry, and reenter, it still displays that annoying message until I enter the right passcode. It's so annoying, and I hate that message. Is there any way to get rid of it besides entering the correct passcode?

It's also there as a counter to the number of failed attempts. After 6 it starts increasingly timing out so the message is there to warn you that you may be using up attempts. If you also did use a screen lock passcode, after 10 failed attempts, you'd be locked out until you restored the device as new to reset the passcode. The message stays up because you don't get infinite attempts without consequences and it may be valuable to a user to know when to stop trying and see if they can actually remember the right passcode.
