My iPod is stuck on searching the Bluetooth devices, i want to connect with by Bluetooth headphones but i can not, but my other devices such as my Samsung can see the iPod and connect to it but not other way around. Please i need support on this.

When you say "stuck," does that mean the iPod is unresponsive? If so, do a Reset (restart) on iPod

I am using same procedure as on chapter 12, but when i reach procedure 4 my ipod does not show any device to pair with, is continuing searching forever, so i can pair and connect to any device because i do not see any though my bluetooth device is on.

The key is to make the device being connected (the headphones) discoverable. Is there any way for you to try connecting the headphones to another device (like a mobile phone) to confirm the headphones are working and discoverable.
That is the thing , my head phones are discoverable on other device (my phone)
In case the phone is automatically pairing with the headphones, try turning it (the phone) OFF. Then, see if the headphones are discoverable to the iPod, using the full procedure in user guide.

May be u have not understood me, my ipod does not show any device, it is searching forever, i think it should discover something even if can not connect.

Maybe if the headphones are automatically pairing with the phone, it can no longer he discovered. So I suggested turning OFF the phone, THEN making the headphones discoverable, to see if the iPod picks it up as a discoverable item. It's a test to rule out possibilities.
