Battery life after El Capitan upgrade is very bad

Since upgrading to El Capitan, it seems like my battery drains rather quickly. Here is my EtreCheck report. Please advise on what I should do to get it back to normal. Thank you

I am still having battery life problems since uninstalling MacKeeper. I have been locating all the other leftover files and deleting those as well. I am at a loss at what to do next. I can't use my Macbook without it being on the charger. So frustrating. Can anyone please help me find and fix the files/programs that are still running in the background?

The window server is using about 9% of the CPU.

Kernel_task is using 714 MB.

Still losing over 50% battery in less than 10 minutes, just as I am typing this message. What else should i do?

No you haven't, and until you do we can't help you.

You haven't run backups in some time. Backup your system.

When was the last time you powered down and re-booted? You have to uninstall (not delete) and sometimes it helps to reboot.

But with that many problems, I would advise to make several backups, maybe even use a 3rd drive for a clone or disk image, then boot into the recovery partition. You can clone or image from there, but once you are satisfied you are backed up, erase your internal hard drive, re-install El Capitan, restore your data. Then install only apps you need, one by one.

If you don't like El Capitan AND you have good time machine backups, you could consider going back to before to before you upgraded, but that could bring back the bloatware you need to uninstall. And other problems.

Or if it easy to swap hard drives, put a new hard drive in your computer. Consider a SSD if you can, otherwise rotating discs are now inexpensive. You should still make backups before you do, but your old hard drive can be put in an usb enclosure/adapter and you could use migration assistant. Something like that.

You deleted them, that is not the same as removing them. You need to uninstall them.

If you don't know how just ask.
