Printer Drawers not available on Print Dialogue Screen

I cannot see 2 "drawers" in the print dialogue screen. I can see all 5 in the printer settings, but when I try to select them on the print dialogue screen they are missing from both the image and the dropdown list.

The printer is: Canon iR-ADV C5045

I'm running: OSX El Capitan

I am connected to the printer via the network.

I set up the printer using LDP with he IP address. I have the correct driver installed.

It was working earlier today, but I was trying to get a second printer (Samsung ML-1740) to work with my MAC and I read a suggestion to reset the printing system. Well, when I re-added my Canon printer, I was no longer able to see or select those 2 drawers--one of which is essential.

Any help is appreciated.

You will need to add the extra cassettes (drawers) and any other options to the printer driver configuration. To do this follow the steps below.

1. Open Printers & Scanners and select the Canon printer.

2. Press the Options & Supplies button and select the Utility tab.

3. Press Open Printer Utility. The Canon Printer Utility will open and here you will see a button called Printer Information. Press this button.

4. The Printer Information window will appear showing all the cassettes and finishing options installed. Press the OK button to close this window.

5. You will now be back at the Canon Printer Utility window. Press the Save Settings button then the red button to quit the utility.

Now you will have cassette 3 & 4 available in the print dialog.
