When I upload photos from my iPhone there is a vertical grey bar running through my picture. The photo actually seems to be duplicated with a tiny image of the photo inside the grey bar. I attached a sample.
I have tried uploading the photos multiple times and it keeps happening. I save my photos to iCloud but I am hesitant to delete them from my phone until I can actually SEE a photo without a grey bar through it. How can I fix this?
SSame problem here. On a lot of my photos. Please help Apple - these are precious family memories!
Did you find a fix for this problem? My wifes 5s phone has this also when uploading to Mac mini with os Sierra.
Are you saying that using Photoshop express on the iPad can correct the gray lines corruption created in Photos on the mac? Or is sour fix for gray lines created on the iPad?
What if I have already imported them to my computer and deleted them off of the device?
Thank you for your help. I tried both things but still have the bar. When I export the photo the thumbnail doesn't have the bar but when I open it it's still there.
I wasn't this smart. A whole batch of photos and videos from Naples ruined forever because I deleted them from my phone. Sad.
