How to fix a "stuck" keyboard button

Hi all,

So, I have a Mid Year 2010 MB Pro. It has been absolutely fine, including the keyboard. Today, I decided to clean some of the finger oil off my keyboard with Windex Electronic wipes that are totally safe for the computer (or so I thought). Anyway, now that I am done cleaning the keyboard, my "OPTION" button on the right side of the keyboard is stuck down.

What would cause this? I didn't think I pressed that hard while cleaning the keyboard. All other keys are fine and work fine.

So, how do I go about releasing this stuck key? Are these keys removable? I am afraid maybe I damaged something under the actual key?
