Only version 10 of Oracle DB runs directly on Mac, and oracle.com does not have 10g available for download. Only versions 11g and 12g for Windows and Linux can be downloaded.
You have many steps ahead of you, and your Monday deadline may well pass before you succeed ... sorry:

Say who? What has SQL queries got to do on how the product is installed?
What's stopping you going to Oracle website? They do support their product.

If "any database" will work, you can try MySQL, administered by Oracle and MUCH easier to install. Go to http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/ and select "community server" edition ... free to download. You will need to spend some time learning some simple management of "root user" and "startup and shutdown", which is documented here http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/.
for Oracle DB plz see this steps and tell me if I follow these steps then oracle will successfully install or not.

Could work, but these will be very long steps. Downloading a VM could likely involve several GB, and Oracle Install of 11g has many sub-steps.
Go ahead and try it, but start NOW and be ready to learn VirtualBox, virtualmachine images, and Oracle database administration.
MySQL will be a much easier path ... MySQL is a lower-footprint version of database, smaller download, easy install because it is just a single program, and easier administration.
SQL is the language you need to learn in a DB class. SQL is the same for both full-oracle and MySQL, at least for the first few days if not for all of the class. You can get MySQL for the first days, and try the article you linked in the meantime.
Sorry, Oracle DB is not an Apple product, go to their forum for tips.
