Guarantee in Europe for OWC Memory cards

hey. Im on the verge o buying a new OWC memory card for my MacBook Pro so i can upgrade, but i would like to hear if someone in Europe has had experience buying these products off this american company? The 15 day pick up policy is only available inside the USA and they don't seem to have any info about guarantees in Europe. Any information of advice would be great. thanks

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.4), 2.6GHz, 4GB 667 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

Their customer service is great - I've been a customer for quite a few years. I believe their warranties apply to anyone/any country. Here is a link to the lifetime limited warranty which covers RAM:

Note this para:

All international and/or SPO shipping charges, including Returns for Warranty or Returns for Refund, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

(Having to pay to return an item, even under a warranty, is standard in the US - the company will ship the replacement free of charge).

You can also use the link on their site to contact them via email - they are quite prompt in answering questions.

I do not know if the additional warranty terms in Europe could be applied here or not.

FWIW, when you buy the RAM, it is best to install it in matching pairs.
