Yes, a Time Machine restore will restore the current OSX installation.
HI Loner ,
I need my previous OS X files and applications documents images ! Is it possible , please read all my questions , you know what happened !! Thank you !
You need to back up both OS X and ABDU to Time Machine. Once you restore OS X, you can decide what you need from ABDU and restore what you need.
Hi Loner,
But in 400GB is there is no file showing ? is it possible to take time machine backup from the drive, and re install the OS?

Loner thankyou for you sharing 🙂
What type of device/connection are you using for Time Machine? What does System Preferences -> Time Machine show?

Can you run SMC and NVRAM reset and check what option you see when you boot and hold Alt/Option?
In Finder, right-click on your Macintosh HD and ABDU, select Get Info and check how much disk space is in use. Your backups are turned off.
Under Options, check what you have excluded. If it is important, remove the exclusion.
Why do you think you need 400GB of back up? The disk size is not the same as the actual content you need to backup.
