Jan 19, 2016 2:53 PM in response to haya102by sterling r,Hello there haya102,
It sounds like you need to get your phone number associated with your Apple ID. This section of the following article should help you out here and get that accomplished:
Link your iPhone number and Apple ID to use iMessage and FaceTime
If your phone number is missing on your iPad or iPod touch
Sign out of iMessage and FaceTime on all of your iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
- Go to Settings > FaceTime. Tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.
Sign back in to iMessage and FaceTime on all of your iOS devices:
- Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Tap Use your Apple ID for iMessage. Then sign back in with your Apple ID.
- Go to Settings > FaceTime. Tap Use your Apple ID for FaceTime. Then sign back in with your Apple ID.
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

Jan 19, 2016 3:33 PM in response to haya102by bryan.vance,If that doesn't work sign out of your apple id under Settings > Facetime. Settings > general > reset > Reset all settings (won't delete data but It will remove your wallpaper and passcode.)
Then log back in under FaceTime.
Now look at the settings.

Jun 18, 2016 5:05 AM in response to zahra omanby mabaeyens,Sorry, I don't know what you mean. iTunes Store app does not show your phone number anywhere. Do you mean the App Store app settings? Again, check that in the website where you can manage your Apple ID. You may need to restore your phone fully.

Jun 18, 2016 5:11 AM in response to zahra omanby mabaeyens,That's OK, please remove the picture as it contains your serial number which is considered sensitive information.
Now if the Apple ID page shows likewise, restore your iPhone from a backup prior to the SIM card change.
