How to take notes directly on PDFs with pencil and iPad pro
I want to take notes, highlight, annotate, etc. directly on PDFs using my iPad pro and the pencil. Can this be done? If so, how?

You need to find note apps in the iOS App Store that support the Apple Pencil (and smart stylus input, in general) and PDF documents.
Do an iOS App Store search for
Apple Pencil Apps.
Notes Apps or PDF notes apps or some other search variations to find the type of notes apps that support marking up PDFs.
