my husband has iphone 6s plus but he does not get apple apps lisle numbers, pages, keynote for free. While i have iphone 6s and i can download those apps for free. Is there something wrong?? Obviously, iphone 6s plus is ,uch more expensive and he's got 128gb too, but why can't his 6s plus download those apps for free?? Can anyone advise? thanks

If you've used those apps before, you can go to the App Store, select Updates > Purchased and re-download them. If you're new to iOS, open the App Store. Tap "Apps Made by Apple" under Quick Links. Tap Download All, or you can download apps one at a time. If it still isn't showing the apps as free, try restarting your phone.

it's supposed to be free for iphone 6s plus and he's got 128gb, which is the highest spec!
According to apple's website, it should be pre-installed, if not, should be downloadable for free. But it's not in this case. Help.
He checked website and app store, it does not show "free". He's got iphone 6s plus with iOS9.2 now. In fact, it shows price to pay! So how can he get the apps for free as it's supposed to be? This is frustrating

Contact iTunes App Store Support. The same thing happened to me with one of my devices and they ended up issuing me codes to get them for free.
