Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
For years I have been able to use facetime between the US and a friend in Germany. Recently we are able to connect but with no picture or sound. We have tried connecting in both directions. Occasionally we get a frozen picture. I am able to do facetime as usual with friends in the US. Any Help?
Can you connect with others? Perhaps the nice helpers there?

So you can Facetime to everyone expect one person in Germany? Can the person in Germany Facetime anyone at all?
I am the original poster. The problem went away on its own. Perhaps the internet lines were full before. It followed a major snowstorm on the Est coast.
