Trouble with Quick Punch In/Out in Logic 10.2.1

New update 10.2.1 brings along a serious bug ,

Bug:

While live recording, doing quick punches ( on the fly ) , trying to replace a section of the file, when punching out ( trying to leave the the rest of the track untouched) , everything after the punch Out point gets deleted !!!

I am not talking about Autopunch ( setting In point and out point so the punch occurs automatically ).

I am talking about punching out on the fly, after a section of the track has been replaced. Everything after the Punch out point gets deleted after I Press "out".

I tried every possible combination of recording settings, I tried with Key commands but also using the mouse on the GUI transport control.

I also tried a Fresh User account, with a clean Logic, no plugins, fresh preferences, etc. etc. etc.

I Spent two hours with a couple Logic Specialists, doing a screen share, but the problem also occurred on their end, only on 10.2.1, NOT on 10.2 or Before.

They could not find a fix for it so it will be reported to the programmers.

The thing is that I could not find another post reporting this Bomb ! so I am wondering if this is not a general bug.

Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.
