I go to type in a web address and well nothing as you can see my keyboard is fine but the box has multiple web addresses pilling up on top of each other. I have restarted and have not loaded any new apps or anything lately.

Disable Safari Suggestions in Safari/Preferences/ Search/ Uncheck Safari Suggestions.

Turning on private browsing on iPads and iPhones and opening safari in private browsing mode has solved this issue for me, not ideal but at least its useable !
