iPhone battery drains on certain locations

Ok right 90% of you won't believe this, but whenever i walk my dog there is a certain spot that takes my battery to 1% from any percentage. I can't explain what it is doing etc, so obviously i run out of battery a couple of mins later. Soon as i get home and plug my phone into the charger its back on what it was.... I get this no where else, just this place. My phone is also in pretty good condition, iPhone 6, up to date, it doesn't loose signal or change masts i literally live about 2 mins from the spot and i live in the countryside and i live near a mast. Why does it do this? Should apple sort it out? Btw I'm out of warranty, so obviously prepared to be mugged of by them to the absolute max.

Thanks 🙂

Using the battery level meter in this manner is comparable to using your car's fuel gauge to calculate miles per gallon. The only thing that matters is the total amount of operating time from full charge to auto-shutdown.

Use the wall-mount charger that came with the iPhone and charge overnight. Do NOT use a computer's USB port. Then, operate it normally until auto shut-down (ignore any low level alerts that may appear). An irony is that doing that test to determine the total operating time is also the procedure necessary to calibrate the battery level meter.

I'm not claiming that you do not have a problem. I am stating, however, that we don't yet know. If the above test does, in fact, indicate a problem, read this.

Also, according to Apple:

Use Your Device Regularly

For proper reporting of the battery’s state of charge, be sure to go through at least one charge cycle per month (charging the battery to 100% and then completely running it down).

Elsewhere, Apple elaborates and explains that two half-discharges (or four quarter-discharges, etc.) equals one full discharge.

I use apple charger, i only own apple products, i only charge my phone at night, i regularly turn it off and run it flat on a regular basis and keep it updated 100% of the time... to make it clearer; my phone goes from 70% to shutdown in about 2 mins in this certain spot, then once i get home to "recharge" my phone soon as i plug it in it goes back to 70% without even showing any sign that it was on 0%... then the battery lasts as if it was on 70% (e.g. i can unplug it straight after (1 min after plugging it in) and it will last another day on the same battery)..

Also i tested this today, i literally got so annoyed with it i tried turning it back on and it showed the battery logo across the middle as if it had run out. I then blew into the bottom of the phone while holding the on button and it turned back on again for about 30 seconds, it showed 70% battery, then suddenly dropped to 0% instantly...
