iPad Stuck in Recovery Mode Loop

I just updated my iPad 3 from iOS 8 to iOS 9, but half way through, it put itself into recovery mode. I tried restoring it many times, (DFU mode, Re-Downloading new iPSW, Reinstalling iTunes, etc). The iPad is still stuck in a recovery loop with error 27, and occasionally error 9 and 3014 and 14. Any help?

MY iPad mini 3 was stuck in a recovery mode loop After an attempted update. For two days I tried everything on the internet to fix it Including updating, deleting and downloading iTunes 10 different times. Finally I completely deleted iTunes fron my computer, emptied the recycle bin (this was the key), went to the official apple website and re downloaded iTunes. Tried again to recover my iPad and it finally worked.
