The letters on my onscreen keyboard have moved. i.e. the A is now in the top row of letters, the M is in the middle row. How do I change it?

The letters on my onscreen keyboard have moved. i.e. the A is now in the top row of letters, the M is in the middle row. How do I change it? I don't know how it got changed to begin with.

iPad Mini, iOS 9.2

Try Settings>General>Keyboard> English> tap on QWERTY. -AJ

Are you using the standard keyboard? Have you added any additional keyboards, especially any 3rd party keyboards?


Can you provide a screenshot of this keyboard layout? Then can you try to do a reset on your device? This will not affect your content. Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The device should reboot. Check after that.
