replacing video card in late 2009 imac 27

I have a late 2009 27 Imac. My 4850 512MB GDDR3 memory died earlier this week. My specs are:

2.66ghz quad core intel core i5

Would you all recommend replacing it with:

NEW 661-5967 IMac 27" AMD Radeon HD 6770M 512MB 2011 Video Card

NEW 661-5969 IMac 27" AMD Radeon HD 6970M 2GB 2011 Video Card

NEW 661-5578 IMac 27" ATI Radeon HD 5750 1GB Mid 2010

??? I'm a simple user. Do some programming but no real game play. Have my xbox one run through my imac but thats it. Which would be the easiest install? Better performance would be nice. But simple install with no major setbacks would be best. Thank you to anyone who can offer insight or help.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3)

Have you begun looking for the parts yet, if not I would recommend doing so to see if they are even available. I think you will find it's not worth spending the type of money being asked for a GPU, put that money towards the purchase of a replacement computer.

You can get a NEW 4850 here http://www.allpartsmac.com/NEW-IMac-27-ATI-Radeon-HD-4850-512MB-Late-2009-661-53 15.htm If it gives you the same service the original did and installs without a problem I'd consider this the best option. IF the card on my late 2009 fails I intend to go this route, well worth it in my estimation.

I appreciate both opinions. Thanks. I ordered a new 4850. I might make a video of the install and post in this channel IF everything is completed successfully.

UPDATE: finished upgrade today. Everything went well. installed ati radeon 4850 512mb. works great. only had one major problem. could not get the **** temp sensor from the video card back into the mother board!!!!! AND eventually broke one of the wires!!! drove me absolutely nuts!!!! so after the install i downloaded some apps to manage diagnostics as well as fan usage. so far so so good! thanks for all the help!!
