iOS

My iPad Mini 1 is in iOS 6. When I tried to update it with iOS 9.2.1 it always says error occurred and says my storage is almost full. But my I haven't installed an y apps. What do I do to update it with the latest version of IOS?

If the device is not being recognized in iTunes, make sure you have the latest version of iTunes, 12.3.2, and this can be dependent on your computer OS. See one of these support documents that is applicable, since you do not indicate your computer OS.
