At first sorry for my bad english.
I got a new Iphone 6S and Windows 10.
When i click on Edit->Preferences Itunes just freezes. When i connect my iphone with my pc, itunes freezes too.
I already reinstalled it clean thousand times, cleared registry with ccleaner, etc.
Can someone help me pls?

Nothing worked for me.
Is the behaviour any different in a new profile? With a different cable? With a different USB port? Use USB 2 from the main board rather than a hub.

Well i cant even click on edit->preferences without itunes freezing. What do you mean with "new profile"?

One of the suggested steps is to create a new Windows user profile and investigate the behaviour of iTunes in that profile. If things work there then there are tips for clearing certain files or folders in the original profile. Otherwise there is advice for system wide issues.

It is still freezing, even if i turn kaspersky off etc.
I will check my pc for viruses now. But i dont think, that i have any.
Do you have any other ideas? I almost tried everything on the official apple support site.
EDIT: Somehow i can click now on preferences, after waiting about 15 mins of freezing. i will try to connect my iphone and wait for it too
Specifically, is there any noticeable change if you create a new user profile, and fire iTunes up in that profile? This means you will be using a new empty library and a new profile folder that will have fresh settings.

It happenes extactly the same, Itunes just freezing, with a new profile.
Well i can click now on preferences when i wait some times, but i i cant do anything while connected with my iphone, even if i wait.
