iPad in business

Hello.

We are a small business based on sales. We want to modernize our company by giving our salesmen a iPad Pro. We make a lot of digital material like for example product catalogs in PDF. What we want is a system where I (as a designer) can make the graphical material and reach out to our salesmen located at different parts of Norway all by once. Is this possible with iPad Pro?
