Push notifications between iPad/iPhone Confused

When I am using iPad my push notifications are going to iPhone 6s Plus. When using iPhone my push notifications are going to iPad. I have rebooted, checked all switches, deleted and reinstalled app (Especially eBay). Can someone please help. Not sure what I'm missing.
