Hello , I couldn't continue the restoring my iPhone . I lost the passcode , I tried everything but it doesn't work .
could some one help me ?

when I tried the restoring mode , I received error no (1) around 50-55% of updates

Try recovery mode as described here. You may have to try to enter recovery mode more than once to succeed.
thanks for your quick answer , but I tired many times , it stopped in 50% and shows error no 1 again and again ...

I checked and do everything , now I'm checking the Diagnostic , I found that the security is enable .
I've done every way to unlock my disabled iPhone , I downloaded the latest version of ios ( 9.2.1 ) on my laptop and wanted to restore the iPhone , but when it wanted to set up firmware (around 50% of restore progress) it showed the error (1) ,finally I solved the problem , at last I use another laptop ( MAC or Win is not different ) that I never sync my iPhone with that one , So I authorized my apple ID and then I downloaded the latest version of iTunes and ios , after that I synced and restore my iPhone .
