Show Master Track is missing?

I Am sure it was under the "Track" before, but now it is gone. Any thoughS?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5), UAD Apollo

To see the Master track.. make sure it is turned on in the Mixer view...

However I think you are looking for, what is now called the Output track, found under Track > Show Output track....


Show Master track is now found only in that menu if the project has a Surround track....


Show Output track is found in that menu for projects that only have Mono or Stereo tracks.. and no Surround sound elemtns

I cannot seem to find where to show master track please help

I use the Stereo Out simply to leave the Master well alone.. but you can do it that way too if you wish and have shown.... 🙂


The only reason i can think of that Slade doesn't see the automation functions in the track header is he didn't turn automation on via the Automation On/Off button at the top....

Not all Advanced Tools have been enabled in Logic's prefs....
