I get error message when I try to instal ios 9.2.1 version
HI I am trying to upgrade to ios 9.2.1 on my I pad an am getting error message saying it cannot install.
Please help as I want to download an app and it requires at least ios 8

Have you tried updating via iTunes on the computer you sync with? You may not have enough memory to upgrade OTA, or you may have a Wifi connection that is too slow. If you run into issues trying to update OTA, the best thing to do is to update via iTunes.
