iTunes is not responding regarding "report a problem"
I purchased an app Jan. 2016. As soon as I realized it was not doing anything different from the free app that comes with my iPhone 6, I logged into my apple account and filled out the info for "report a problem". I have submitted this form at least ten times but no one has responded to me. This makes it unlikely that I would like to pay for any additional apps, especially more expensive ones. What do you recommend?
