After updating El Capitan to 10.11.3 my US Keyboard changed into Canadian English keyboard. I changed my input source to British English source to keep working. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, my father-in-law (on a Mac Mini Late 2012) uses a custom keyboard that I built for him, and both the 10.11.2 and 10.11.3 updates removed that keyboard from the input sources menu and it had to be re-added in System Preferences. It seems that El Capitan updates affect the input sources. See also this UK Macworld article under the heading "El Capitan breaks UK keyboard."
