Update iOS 9.2.1 & my phone wigs out!!!

I Updated to iOS 9.2.1 & my phone is now so jacked up! I open an App & it will go to a black screen & shut the app down. I try to open my mail: same thing, black screen Then Mail shuts down. My iMessages aren't sending, or they'll send multiple times. I send messages that I think have been delivered but the receiver says theyve never gotten it. Help!!!!!!! This is AWFUL.
