How do i restore my mac mini? it's an OS X YOSEMITE 10.10.5...
What do you mean by restore?
Does the Mac work OK?
If not what does happen when you boot up?

I reboot it and it works good for a while but then it hangs up a lot just started happening about 2 weeks ago.My mac mini fairly new.It's a 10.10.5 OS X Yosemite.My programs seem to just hang up a lot.I see the color wheel more often..

Hey thanks a bunch.I ran all the tests from the EtreCheck and my pc tested good and excellent on the beachball,pc too slow and the apps crashing test.They averaged 1:35 secs run time to test..The one called other problems ran 3:22 secs and tested good.My problem was my modem it seems.I contacted my mobile carrier and they checked my signal extender(booster) from Verizon.It seemed ok but they said it was more likely my modem from comcast cable company.And i reset it from from a push button on top of the device then my connections came back.I had to reset both my signal booster and my modem because the booster was tied into my modem/router..As of this writing it's still working ok..🙂...The thing was though,it had two different places to reset.A place on back of modem that takes a paperclip and a place on top that has a push button switch.
