I will buy i phone 6s plus 64gb from Kuwait.. how should i know if face time app is supported and working or not ?

How should i know that iphone is original or supported from apple ( not fake device )!!
Check the iPhone’s model number. If it has AB or AE after the slash, that iPhone won’t have FaceTime anywhere outside the Middle East.
