I am trying to back up my iPhone to my computer but my computer states there is not enough free space. I show 106GB of free space on my computer

I am trying to back up my iPhone to my computer but my computer states there is not enough free space. I show 106GB of free space on my computer. It backed up once when I got the new computer but never since. I get the same error message

PC-OTHER, Windows 7
